You have a fixed number of reformers and a fixed number of places. Who came, who didn’t, whose pack is about to run out — all of it has to be known before the class starts. Most studios run this on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and the teacher’s notebook. Because they sit in three places, none of them is ever current.

Questions

Can I run reformer and mat classes on the same calendar?

Yes. Each class has its own hour, room and instructor, and they all appear side by side on the same week strip.

How does class pack tracking work?

The number of classes left sits next to the student’s name. The ones close to running out appear in the collect list, so you don’t have to keep track of anyone by hand.

Can my instructors use it too?

Yes. Each instructor gets their own login, sees their class and marks attendance from the room. Solo covers one trainer, Studio up to five, Growth has no limit.

Is the trial really free?

30 days, no card. If you want to carry on you subscribe inside the app. The studio stays readable and you can download the list any time. Attendance and new records need a subscription. If it sits unused for a long time, we tell you the date before anything is removed.
