Questions
Who is this for?
Businesses that run classes: studios, schools and clubs. Pilates, yoga, dance, fitness, music, martial arts, swimming, tennis, rowing, tutoring and hobby. If you have a student list and a timetable, it fits.
Can a student pay inside the app?
No. You take the money the way you already do. Ateliem records who paid and who still owes. You mark it as cash, transfer or card.
Does attendance use up a class pack?
Yes. Present and absent both use a class. A cancellation does not. The classes left sit next to the student’s name.
Do I have to retype my list?
No. Upload an Excel or CSV file, or a photo of the paper list. You see the rows before they are saved. The list is added on top of the students you already have.
What do teachers and parents see?
Everyone gets their own login. You add them with email or phone. A teacher sees their own classes and marks attendance from their phone. They do not see the business’s money. A parent sees their child’s classes, attendance and classes left. A student does not book their own place.
What counts as a trainer?
Anyone you add to the trainer list. Staff and students do not count. Remove someone and the place frees up. The trial opens with Studio limits: 5 trainers, 1 location.
What happens when the trial ends, and how do I cancel?
30 days free, no card. After that your records stay readable and you can download the list. Attendance and new records need a plan. Cancel in Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Everything stays open until the end of the period you paid for. If the account sits unused for a long time, we tell you the date before anything is removed.
Does it work on a phone?
Today it runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. iOS, Android and Mac apps are coming soon.
